At Prevail Healthcare, we pride ourselves on the excellent standards of healthcare we provide and a lot of this comes from the high quality training we deliver to our staff. Any staff we provide will be fully trained and Enhanced DBS checked. This is a mandatory requirement. We have our own qualified in-house trainer that aligns with our high standard training requirements.

If you are a professional healthcare manager requiring extra staff for long or short term, then we can supply to you.
We will always ensure we work with you to make sure you have the right staff and we can, in most circumstances, offer a free day shadow shifts before commencement of any assignments. This enables our staff to familiarise themselves with the environment and for you to see if you like them before you book them.
We can therefore ensure that all our support Workers and Healthcare workers deliver the standard of care you require. The intensive training programme also gives us the opportunity to assess and get to know every member of our staff, helping us to employ them, where their strengths will most benefit our clients
